The University of Regina respects your privacy. Read the University’s Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy policy.

Information provided to University Advancement & Communications is used by the University to support ongoing relationships with donors. Our development staff adheres to the Donor Bill of Rights* (62 KB) and AFP Code of Ethical Standards** (56 KB) PDF Icon which are international standards of professional practice in fundraising. We do not trade our donor list.

Anonymous Gifts and Privacy

We understand that some individuals are willing to be publicly recognized, while other individuals prefer to remain anonymous. Recognition sets the example for others to make gifts, however, we will happily respect your wishes for privacy. Anonymous donors must provide their personal information for income tax purposes, but that information will remain confidential and will not be released publicly.

If you have any questions about your privacy, please contact our Development Team.
